The Professional Bio:
Adam founded Bullogic Wealth Management because he saw too many people getting cookie-cutter financial advice that ignored the biggest drain on their wealth: taxes.
After running a conservative options hedge fund early in his career, Adam realized he wanted to help people with their complete financial picture, not just their investments. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and then went deeper, earning his Enrolled Agent designation so he could handle tax strategy and preparation in-house. He later added his Retirement Income Certified Professional designation to better serve clients planning their exits and retirement transitions.
Today, Adam specializes in helping business owners, real estate investors, and high-earners reduce their tax burden through advanced planning strategies while building comprehensive wealth plans focused on their 1 to 5 year goals.

Lisa joined Bullogic Wealth Management as Director of Tax because she believes tax strategy should be proactive, not reactive, and she’s spent nearly 20 years proving it.
Lisa started her career at KPMG in Big 4 public accounting, focusing on federal and state tax compliance. From there, she moved into industry, spending over 11 years in the multinational oil and gas services sector handling tax compliance, tax provisioning, and financial reporting for both private and public entities. She’s worked with complex tax situations across multiple jurisdictions and knows how to navigate the nuances that trip up most business owners.
She earned both her Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Taxation from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and holds her CPA license with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Today, Lisa leads tax strategy and preparation for Bullogic’s clients, specializing in business owners, real estate investors, and high-complexity tax situations.
